Supreme Court Deals Major Blow to Keystone Pipeline, Giant Flywheel to Prevent Blackouts in the UK

The U.S. Supreme Court handed another setback to the Keystone XL pipeline by keeping in place a lower court ruling that blocked a key environmental permit for the project; a giant flywheel in north-east Scotland could help prevent blackouts across Britain; and Alphabet’s Loon balloons provide their first commercial internet service in Kenya.
