Oregon Hits Recycling High, Land Titles to Fight Poverty, Pill Painlessly Injects Insulin

By mandating a minimum refund, Oregon has managed to see bottles returned at a rate of 90%, informal settlers in Tanzania are now able to secure land titles and open up economic opportunities, and a new pill might replace diabetic injections.
