I go for a walk with my dog every day—and I love it! When he’s not with me and we miss our lunchtime walk, I really feel the difference. The movement, the break from an often stressful day – it just feels good. And it’s great for your health, too, as a new study from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology shows.
So: Get off the couch and get moving!
